To access and manage your membership details, simply enter your LAQ Membership Email and Password.

General & Concession Members have four tabs where you can view and update your information.

1. “About” for general information.
2. “Region” for your region based on your address.
3. “Payments” shows your Membership Renewals & Donations
4. “Sign Out” to log out / sign out after you have completed your updates.

Health Professional Members have five tabs where you can view and update your information.

1. “About” for general information.
2. “Region” for your region based on your address.
3. “Directory” for your business information to complete your new online LAQ Directory.

If you forget your password, simply click “Request Password“, enter your LAQ Membership email address and a new password will be emailed to you to access your membership account.
